		abstract={This study was conducted to determine the effect of dividend policy, leverage, and profitability on stock prices in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020. This study uses quantitative research methods, where the data source used is secondary data by downloading the annual report on the Food And Beverage company. This study took a total of 52 samples using purphosive sampling method. Data analysis used the SPSS 25 statistical system. The results of this study are dividend policy has an effect on stock prices, leverage has an effect on stock prices, profitability has an effect on stock prices, and dividend policy, leverage and profitability have a simultaneous effect on stock prices.}
