		abstract={Technology is currently very developed and can be utilized in people's lives. One of the uses of information technology is to make information about land and property leasing easier. With the help of information technology, information on land needs will be more widely open and make it easier to obtain information on these objects. So a land leasing system was created to help convey information about available land and the leasing process. The design of this land and property leasing system uses the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) system approach, namely Waterfall. The design of this land leasing system uses the SSAD (Structured System Analysis and Design) system analysis method. The results of this study are a system design documentation as well as a web-based land leasing application that can provide information about land and property availability, as well as the land leasing process.}
