		abstract={The purpose of this research is entitled Stylistic analysis of Gus Punk's Anthology of Poetry
Books. The discussion in this study includes 3 points, namely, (1) what style of language is
contained in the Gus Punk Poetry Anthology Book, (2) the most dominant language style
in each poem in the Gus Punk Poetry Anthology Book, (3) the function of language style in
poetry in the Gus Punk Poetry Anthology Book. Gus Punk Poetry Anthology. The method
used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with data in the form of phrases,
clauses, and sentences in poetry that contain elements of language style. The source of
research data is the Gus Punk Poetry Anthology Book with a thickness of 202 pages with
111 poets. This book was published by the Kaliwungu Literature Court in collaboration
with Gus Durian Kendal in 2019. The data collection technique in this study was the
reading and note-taking technique. While the research instrument, in the form of a human
instrument using a sample collection technique from Arikunto, is taking 15% of poems with
a sample of 15% x 111 = 11 poems.
The results of this study were found 18 styles of language contained in 11 samples of poetry,
including metaphorical style (20), simile language style (2), synecdoche style (4),
antonymous language style (2), euphemism style (4 ), repetition style (6), apofascist style
(1), asidenton style (5), eroticism style (6), personification style (25), assonance style (22),
alliteration style (24) , corrective language style (3), parallelism style (16), hyperbole (3),
anastrophe (1), allegorical (3), and innuendo (2). From these data, the style of language
that dominates each of the poems in the Gus Punk Poetry Anthology Book is a metaphorical
style, repetition language style, eroticism style, personification style, assonance style,
personification style, alliteration language style, alliteration language style, assonance
style, parallelism style, and language style. There are 9 functions of figurative language
found in the Gus Punk Poetry Anthology Book, including the function of describing
something, repeating something, opposing something, connecting something, harmonizing
sounds, comparing something, correcting something, insinuating something, and opposing
something.
