This final project was conducted to analyze culture aspects found in 42 movie and its contribution to Cross Cultural Understanding Teaching. The objectives of the study were (1) to find out cultural aspects found in the 42 movie (2) to elaborate the contributions of the analysis for Cross cultural Understanding Teaching. The methodology of this research was descriptive qualitative research. The main sources of this research were 42 movie and script of 42 movie. The researcher used some steps in analyzing the data. First, the researcher watched the whole movie more than twice. Second, the researcher read and observed the dialogue to look for the stages of cultural aspects from the script or the movie. Third, the researcher collected and categorized the data to classify into categories of differences between two cultures. Fourth, the researcher identified cultural aspects in 42 movie. The last, the researcher described cultural aspects in 42 movie. The analysis results showed that (1) Culture aspect was happened in 42 movie (2) Based on the analysis, the movie reflects the differences of two cultures, the differ based on habit, behavior, religion, custom and tradition in White and Black skin (3) White and Black skin have differences culture in their culture that can help the students improving their knowledge of each culture in Cross Cultural Understanding teaching. Based on the results of this final project, the researcher suggests that the lecturers can use movie as the media of applying the material dealing with Cross Cultural Understanding and as a reference to teach Cross Cultural Understanding becoming more interesting. It will make the students x interested to learn more about Cross Cultural Understanding. It can also increase the students? knowledge and improve the students? understanding of Cross Cultural Understanding. In this case, the lecturers can take the advantages of teaching Cross Cultural Understanding and apply in the class while teaching. For the students can take the advantages of learning Cross Cultural Understanding and apply in their real life to avoid misunderstanding among different culture in the world.} }
