The consequence of the Coronavirus Disease ? 19 (COVID-19) pandemic is the development of knowledge about Coronavirus Disease ? 19 (COVID-19). Based on medical records, there were cases of patients diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL), a patient who a few months earlier had been confirmed to have Coronavirus Disease ? 19 (COVID-19). The purpose of this case report is to determine the relationship of Coronavirus Disease-19 (COVID-19) with the incidence of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). In this case, it is suspected that there is a relationship between Coronavirus Disease-19 (COVID-19) and the incidence of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) can interact with the Renin-Angiotensin system (RAS) which ultimately causes an increase in Angiotensin 2. Based on in vitro studies, there is an imbalance in the Renin-Angiotensin system (RAS) caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome. Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) has the potential to increase leukemogenesis in vivo. The conclusion of this study shows that it has not been able to prove that there is a relationship between patients suffering from Coronavirus Disease-19 (COVID-19) with the incidence of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL), further research is needed that focuses on the Renin-Angiotensin system (RAS) imbalance. The symptoms experienced by the patient are coinciding between Coronavirus Disease-19 (COVID-19) and Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). Keywords: Coronavirus Disease-19, Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, Renin-Angiotensin system (RAS) Abstrak Latar belakang laporan kasus ini adalah infeksi Coronavirus Disease ? 19 (COVID-19) yang merupakan keadaan darurat bagi seluruh dunia. Konsekuensi terjadinya pandemi Coronavirus Disease ? 19 (COVID-19) yaitu terjadi perkembangan pengetahuan mengenai Coronavirus Disease ? 19 (COVID-19). Berdasarkan rekam medik didapatkan kasus pasien terdiagnosa Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) pasien yang beberapa bulan sebelumnya sudah terkonfirmasi terkena Coronavirus Disease ? 19 (COVID-19). Tujuan dari laporan kasus ini adalah untuk Mengetahui hubungan Coronavirus Disease-19 (COVID-19) dengan kejadian Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). Kasus ini diduga bahwa terdapat hubungan antara Coronavirus Disease-19 (COVID-19) dengan kejadian Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) dapat berinteraksi dengan Renin-Angiotensin system (RAS) yang pada akhirnya menyebabkan peningkatan Angiotensin 2. Berdasarkan penelitian in vitro, terdapat ketidakseimbangan Renin-Angiotensin system (RAS) yang disebabkan oleh Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) memiliki potensi meningkatkan leukemogenesis in vivo. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukan belum dapat membuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara pasien yang menderita Coronavirus Disease-19 (COVID-19) dengan kejadian Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL), dibutuhkan penelitian lebih lanjut yang berfokus dalam ketidakseimbangan Renin-Angiotensin system (RAS). Gejala yang dialami oleh pasien merupakan coinsiden antara Coronavirus Disease-19 (COVID-19) dan Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). Kata kunci: Coronavirus Disease-19, Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, Renin-Angiotensin system (RAS)} }
