This study used 5 treatments with 5 replications, in P0- as a negative control using aquades, P0+ as a positive control with ciprofloxacin treatment, P1 as a treatment which has concentration of kapuk randu leaves extract 40%, P2 as a treatment with kapuk randu leaves extract which has concentration of kapuk randu leaves extract 50% and P3 as a treatment which has concentration of kapuk randu leaves extract 60%. The result of inhibition zone for Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli are 31.00 and 39.00 mm. This study observed of inhibition zones on MHA (Muller Hinton Agar) media that had been planted with pure Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli bacteria. The data obtained were analyzed using ANOVA which showed (P>0,05) so that there were not significant differences.} }
