		abstract={Africa, the large continent between the Atlantic and Indian Oceans is rich in natural resources. But, the other sides are use its resources for itself without fairness, so that this case causes always happened conflict in Africa, such as is Angola. In Angola was happened civil war a long time, almost a quarter century. Its civil war has been appearing in social matter, education, health, environment, etc. In order that, Angola need a role another from government to give more contribution that can cure its situation in Angola. Absolutely in 2011, a role who nedeed by Angola become a real. Through Miss Universe 2011 competition, candidate from Angola become a winner, she is Leila Lopes. At that time, Africa, especially Angola feels proud of her, because it can be first step to help Angola and make famous in international. With its title, Leila Lopes can play her role in international, she can meet other government, citizen, international organization, and get support of them to help social matter in Angola. In the other hand, the supports that give to her can be used by Leila Lopes to show her title application and her role as ambassador of Angola. This paper was written with the aim to determine of the role of politics Leila Lopes as an ambassador in solving the social problems in Angola. And this paper is made using qualitative data, because data obtained from website and book.}
