The purpose of this research is to understand the weaknesses and strengths the implementation of this event, especially in national-level events that illustrate the concern and the identity of local people. The method of this research is qualitative research, interviews and the documentation as the source of the data. The interview take from three elected person whom are experienced previous event and the documentation taken from the archives and previous event reports within the pictures as the evidences of management event of Ngayu-Ayu in Sembalun. This research structurally show the management event theory models from Joe Goldbatt with its stages such as research, design, planning, coordination, evaluation and planning process of the management event , goals determination, first plan, detail plan, planning discussion, event preparation, management event, evaluation stage. The result of this research describes Ngayu-Ayu management event, separating into five stages, Research, Design, Planning, Coordination and Evaluation. Researching is the first step done to maintain the idea of the event. Designing is process to determine the event plans, planning as main goals to conserve local culture, coordination between the committee and the institutions to unity Lestari Ring Rahayu principles of Ngayu-Ayu event in Sembalun} }
