The severity of fluorosis is influenced by several factors such as the concentration of fluoride in the body, duration of fluoride consumption, and how to give of fluoride. The purpose of this research is to analyze the relation between the consumption of sea fish and fluorosis. This research is an observational analitic method and design of this study uses a cross sectional study. The data was analysed by SPSS 15 with Spearman non-parametric correlation test. The respondents were 24 students in bungkus elementary school, Kretek district, Bantul, Yogyakarta. The aged of respondents were between 10-12 years old. The respondents were asked to fill the questionaire. The research was done by examine the teeth directly to see the fluorosis then by using GHDQ¶V index fluorosis was checked. The result of this research showed that 14 respondents (58,3%) are fluorosis and then 10 respondents (41,7%) are normal. Moreover, about fluorosis from 14 respondents consist of 3 respondents (12,6%) Questionable, 7 respondents (29,1%) Very mild, 2 respondents (8,3) % Mild, and 2 respondents (8,3%) Moderate. The analysis by spearman non-parametric correlation test showed there is correlation between fish consumption and the incidence of fluorosis (P <0.05) and correlation between two variabels is weak (r 0.413). The conclusion of this research is there is significant correlation between fish consumption and fluorosis.} }
