Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 100 mahasiswa yang aktif menggunakan mobile banking, yang diambil melalui purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang mengukur variabel persepsi manfaat, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, preferensi, dan penggunaan mobile banking. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived usefulness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap preferensi, perceived ease of use berpengaruh signifikan terhadap preferensi, preferensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penggunaan mobile banking pada e-commerce, perceived usefulness berpegaruh signifikan terhadap penggunan mobile banking pada e-commerce, akan tetapi perceived ease of use tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penggunaan mobile banking pada e-commerce. Perceived usefulness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penggunaan mobile banking pada e-commerce yang dimediasi oleh preferensi secara parsial, perceived ease of use berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penggunaan mobile banking pada e-commerce yang dmediasi oleh preferensi secara penuh. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya penyedia layanan untuk memahami preferensi pengguna dan meningkatkan manfaat dan kemudahan penggunaan mobile banking. ENGLISH: This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on the use of mobile banking in e-commerce, with preference as a mediating variable among students in Malang City. The method used is a quantitative approach with a survey technique. The research sample consisted of 100 students who actively use mobile banking, taken through purposive sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire that measured the variables of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, preference, and use of mobile banking. Data analysis was performed using Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test the relationship between variables. The results showed that perceived usefulness has a significant effect on preference, perceived ease of use has a significant effect on preference, preference has a significant effect on the use of mobile banking in e-commerce, perceived usefulness has a significant effect on the use of mobile banking in e-commerce, but perceived ease of use has no significant effect on the use of mobile banking in e-commerce. Perceived usefulness has a significant effect on the use of mobile banking in e-commerce, which is partially mediated by preference. Perceived ease of use has a significant effect on the use of mobile banking in e-commerce, which is fully mediated by preference. These findings emphasize the importance for service providers to understand user preferences and improve the benefits and ease of use of mobile banking.
