		abstract={The development of science and technology is increasingly sophisticated, resulting in dissemination of information and telecommunication access faster and easier. As an example of using social networking (Facebook) that is currently popular among the students of Accounting UPN "Veteran" East Java, could lead to positive behavior and negative impact if used to excess. Therefore, Teachers are required to direct and take advantage of this opportunity as a means for students learning. The method used in this study uses the theoretical basis of phenomenology and etnomedologi that emphasizes the focus will be human subjective experiences of their behavior. While the approach used in this research is an alternative approach. The conclusion of this research is accounting students UPN "Veteran" East Java already using Social Networking (Facebook) as a medium of learning, but belim maximum. They only use limited to friends with lecturers, consultation, and only some are using other features in education. This is because the lack of information and knowledge of students, and lack of faculty participation in using Facebook as a medium of learning. Thus, there was a lack of interaction between lecturers and students on Facebook.}
