Abstraksi
Dalam setiap pengambilan keputusan diperlukan sejumlah informasi yang
memadai. Informasi yang memadai ini, hanya dapat dihasilkan oleh sistem informasi
yang mampu menangkap, mencipta, dan memanipulasi informasi internal dan
eksternal secara efektif. Kualitas kinerja sistem informasi akan mempengaruhi
kualitas informasi yang akan dijadikan dasar pengambilan keputusan. Partisipasi
diperlukan untuk menunjukkan intervensi personal yang nyata pemakai dalam
pengembangan sistem informasi, mulai dari tahap perencanaan, pengembangan
sampai pada tahap implementasi sistem informasi. Fenomena yang terjadi di PT.
SUBUR INDUSTRI PLASTIK adalah kurangnya pelatihan dan ketelitian karyawan
terhadap sistem standar yang telah ditentukan perusahaan, hal ini disebabkan
kurangnya dukungan dari manajemen puncak dan pemakaian sistem yang minim dan
kualitas sistem informasi yang dihasilkan kurang relevan dan tepat waktu. Tujuan
dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menguji secara empiris adanya
Partisipasi Pemakai, Dukungan Manajemen Puncak, dan Kemampuan Teknik
Personal Sistem Informasi Akuntansi yang berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Sistem
Informasi Akuntansi.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 21 orang pada PT. SUBUR
INDUSTRI PLASTIK SURABAYA, dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan
sebagai sampel penelitian. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini
adalah regresi linier berganda.
Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa Partisipasi Pemakai berpengaruh
signifikan terhadap Kinerja Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, Dukungan Manajemen
Puncak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Sistem Informasi Akuntansi,
Kemampuan Teknik Personal Sistem Informasi Akuntansi berpengaruh signifikan
terhadap Kinerja Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, dan Dukungan Manajemen Puncak
memiliki pengaruh yang dominan terhadap Kinerja Sistem Informasi Akuntansi.

Abstraction
In any decision-making required a number of adequate information. Adequate
information, only can be generated by information systems that can capture, create, and
manipulate internal and external information effectively. The quality of performance
information systems will affect the quality of information that will be used as basis for
decision making.Participation is needed to show the real user's personal intervention in the
development of information systems, ranging from the planning stage, the development
reached the stage of implementation of information systems. Phenomenon that occurs in
the PT. SUBUR INDUSTRI PLASTIK is the lack of employee training and precision of a
standard system that has determined the company, this is due to lack of support from top
management and use of the system are minimal and the quality of the resulting
information systems are less relevant and timely. The purpose of this study is to
investigate and test empirically the existence of User Participation, Top Management
Support, and Technical Ability Personal Accounting Information Systems that affect the
performance of Accounting Information Systems.
The population in this study are numbered 21 people in the PT. SUBUR PLASTIK
INDUSTRI, where all members of the population used as the study sample. The method of
analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression.
The study states that user participation significantly influence the performance of
Accounting Information Systems, Top Management Support significantly influence the
performance of Accounting Information Systems, Personal Systems Engineering
Capability significant effect on Accounting Information Accounting Information System
Performance, and Support Top Management have a dominant influence on system
performance Accounting Information.
