		abstract={This thesis background about number of people the industry has not met and
the results complement its products with SNI certificate, not maximal
communication Industry Research and Standardization Surabaya as a
communicator to the industry as a communicant. Necessary to improve
communication strategies to maintain relationships with industry and the
community to foster the creation of improved product quality.
Methods used descriptive qualitative, described detail in narrative form and
systematically arranged. File from interviews with technical staff services and
Industrial Research and Standardization Surabaya, producers who haven?t been
using the services of Industrial Research and Standardization Surabaya.
Results of research that has been done, it can be concluded that the
socialization of the industrial society, which is informed through a communication
strategy that had been done by Research and Standardization Industry Surabaya
still can?t run effectively or optimally, persistence of the industry who know about
