		abstract={Conflict within tehe company is a fundamental and essential. In this case, PT. Slamet
Putra Gresik experiencing internal conflict between the management team and employees.
This research aim to determine the communications model of PT. Slamet Putra Gresik in
management employees salary increases conflict.
Theoretical basis used in this study are Lasswell?s and Newcomb?s. Research subject
used are 5 informants who connected with this case.
Based on the analysis and discussion, it can be conclude that, using the Lasswell
Model Communication, followed by Newcomb Model Communication in dealing with
employee salary increases conflict.
