		abstract={The aims of this research is to find out the teenagers satisfaction action in Surabaya
observes ?Indonesia Mencari Bakat? program at trans tv. Indonesia Mencari Bakat program is
one of the program which presents many kind of talents from Indonesians and has been
presented since the first periode until the third periode.
This program has not been there before and are very unique, the population in this study
were young at the age of 12-25 years Surabaya. The method of this research used is quantitative
descriptive and sampling technique used is random sampling of multi stage. In this study using
the uses and gratification theory and the theory of expected value.
Satisfaction in this study is based on four individual motifs such as motif information,
personal identity, integrity and social interaction and entertainment. Result of the study indicate
that the teenagers in Surabaya are more likely satisfied toward Indonesia Mencari Bakat Program
At Trans Tv. They gain the television program which is able to fulfill their necessary
informatively, integrity and social interaction and entertainment. Dealing with various of
Indonesian culture showed by much gift from the finalist and arranged in an interesting consept.
