		abstract={This research relied on how public sector housewife attitude in Surabaya hit after 
reading news about bad Spongebob animated cartoon chidren. 
This research utilize Quantitative descriptive method.. Sampling technique in this 
research use technique non sampling probability with sampling purposive type.. 
Hereinafter data will be processed by using measurement 3 aspects that is is Kognitif, 
Konatif and Afektif. 
From analysed data conclude that result of from third housewife attitude 
component in Surabaya to online news about Spongebob animated cartoon stay in neutral 
category}
