		abstract={      This research aims to study the sales system, the commercial company or a 
mini market in the sales arrangement. 
       The study object is the trading company franchise (franchise) who are in 
university environments. Types of data used are primary data and secondary data, 
which directly ask employees concerned. Data were collected through a 
preliminary survey, field research, observation, interviews, and documentation. 
And research methods used in this study is the triangulation of data. 
       Results of this study indicate that the mini market OMI-Mart Giri system with 
cash and credit sales. In sales OMI-Mart Giri is the same as under the auspices of 
cooperatives and cooperative. }
