		abstract={The purpose of this study is to determine how the relationship of exposure adult song " romance " with Pubertas Precox children in Surabaya . Where, in the
end of the age of the children are now seen already experiencing early puberty , especially in terms of sensuality . The songs in the media expose , teach children
to recognize from an early age romance.
Theoretical basis used is the S - O - R . According to this theory the effect is specific reactions to specific stimuli , so one can expect and estimate the fit between the message and the reaction communicant . Moreover , this theory
describes the effect that occurs on the receiving end as a result of science
communication.
The population in this study were children who live in Surabaya and 6-13 years old . The reason for choosing children because according to psychologists , children at that age will mimic the dress and behavior of older children and follow the rules of the group even if contrary to the rules themselves , family and school .
The sampling technique used was Accidental Sampling . Type of data used is primary data that is collected directly from the questionnaire respondents and secondary data collected from BPS (Badan Pusat Statistik) , literature books , and
internet .
The conclusion of this study indicate that exposure to adult song about " romance " has a moderate relationship with Pubertas Precox children in Surabaya. That is, adult songs of " romance " which expose the mass media can make
children experiencing puberty precox especially in sensuality . But not completely affected by it , while others can be influenced by the external environment are less educated , porn video uploads easily and much more .
