		abstract={At the era that competition in property sector increases tighter. In this condition companies held financial analyze report that very important for the companies. It will give benevit for companies and help other person that need the analyze of financial ratio,otherwise there have a different destination for it.. competition capability is being decided good or not by the companies condition as general and specific at the financial prestation of companies. the prestation of company can be able to measure the companies objectly by analyze of financial ratio.
This research used sekunder data obtain from financial report of the real estate and property companies at target years which is 2007 and 2008. Analyze of research used variable of likuidity ratio such as current ratio, acid test ratio and provitability ratio such as gross provit margin, return of investment, return of equity. To answer the problem and hipotesis , T-test used for two different mean with paired sample t test.
Based of the analyze result said that there are no significant different at the prestation of financial at 2007( before global financial krisis) and 2008( after global financial crisis). At the likuidity ratio such as current ratio, acid test ratio and provitability ratio such as gross provit margin, return of investment, return of equity that used in this research.The result hipotesis that there is a different short term of financial of Work ability real estate and property at 2007 and 2008 the hipotesis can?t be proof.}
