		abstract={Penelitian.ini bertujuan.untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas,
likuiditas,ileverage, salesagrowth, dewan komisaris independen terhadapafinancial
distress.pada perusahaan.manufaktur yang terdaftar diaBEI periode 2016-2018. 
Populasiiidalam penelitianiiini adalah seluruh perusahaanamanufakturayang
terdaftaridi BEI tahun 2016-2018. Pemilihan sampel menggunakanimetodeipurposive
sampling dan diperolehasampel sebanyak 261 perusahaan. Alat analisis yang
digunakan.dalam penelitian.ini adalahianalisisiregresiilogistik. 
Hasilipengujianimenunjukkan bahwaalikuiditas berpengaruh negatif signifikan
terhadapafinancial distress. Sedangkan profitabilitas, leverage, sales growth, dewan
komisaris independen tidakiberpengaruh terhadapifinancial distress.   

ABSTRACT
This purpose of research to examine and analyzeathe effect of profitability,
liquidity, leverage, sales growth, and independent board of commissioners on financial
distress in manufacturing companies listed on theiStock Exchange in the 2016-2018
period. 
The population in this research were all manufacturing companiesilisted on the
Indonesia)Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. Sample selection using purposiveisampling
method and.obtained a sample.of 261 companies. The analyticalitool used in this
research is logisticiregression analysis. 
The result of research show that liquidty has negative significant of financial
distress. While profitability, leverage, sales growth, independent board do not have a
effect on financial distress.}
