		abstract={Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja, dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa, Kependudukan, dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini menguji secara bersama-sama pengaruh dari empat variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen dan untuk mengetahui variabel mana yang paling dominan mempengaruhi diantara empat variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen, jenis penelitian yang digunakan penelitian ialah kuantitatif, dengan populasi pegawai 110 pegawai. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
The purpose of this study was to study the Leadership, Discipline, and Organizational Culture research on Employee Performance at the Office of Empowerment, Community, Population Village, and Civil Disability in Central Java Province. The independent variable on the dependent variable and to find out which variable is the most dominant influence the independent variable on the dependent variable, the type of research used is quantitative research, with research of 110 employees. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Based on the research results obtained indicate that leadership is positive and significant on employee performance, work coordination is positive and significant on employee performance, organizational culture is positive and significant on employee performance.}
