		abstract={Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Return on Asset. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah Return on Asset dan variabel independennya adalah Current Ratio , Debt To Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, dan Ukuran Perusahaan.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua perusahaan Property, Real Estate and Building Construction yang terdaftar dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015 - 2018. Sampel pada penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 117 perusahaan. Alat analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukaan bahwa variabel Debt To Equity Ratio berpengaruh negatif terhadap Return on Aset, Total Assets Turnover berpengaruh positif terhadap Return on Asset. Sedangkan Current Ratio dan Ukuran Perusahaan
tidak berpengaruh terhadap Return on Asset.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the effect of Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, and firm size on Return on Asset. The dependent variable in this study is Return on Asset and the independent variables are Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, and firm size.
The population in this study were the whole companies of Property, Real Estate and Building Construction listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 - 2018. The sample in this study was taken using purposive sampling technique to obtain a sample of 117 companies. The data analysis tool used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study shows that Debt To Equity Ratio has negative effect to Return on Asset, Total Assets Turnover has positive effect to Return on Asset. While Current Ratio and firm size have no effect on Return on Asset.}
