		abstract={Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Struktur
Modal, Kebijakan Dividen, dan Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada
Perusahaan Manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Populasi
dalam penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI periode
2016 ? 2018. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling dan
diperoleh sampel sebanyak 130 perusahaan. Analisis pengaruh antar variabel
menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel Struktur Modal dan Kebijakan
Dividen memiliki pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai
Perusahaan. Profitabilitas memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai
Perusahaan.
This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of Capital
Structure, Dividend Policy, and Profitability on firm value in manufacture
companies were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Population used
are manufacture companies that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange for period
2016 ? 2018. The sample selections are using a purposive sampling method and
obtained a sample of 130 companies. The analysis tool used in this research is
multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that Capital Structure, and Dividend
Policy has positive but not significant ef ect on Firm Value. Profitability has
positive and significant ef ect on Firm Value.}
