		abstract={Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Profitabilitas, Likuiditas dan
Solvabilitas terhadap Return Saham pada perusahaan property dan real estate yang
terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2016-2018.
Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling,
dengan jumlah data yang diolah sebanyak 119 perusahaan. Alat analisis yang
digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda.
Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa Return Saham tidak dipengaruhi oleh
Profitabilitas dan Likuiditas, Return Saham dipengaruhi positif oleh Solvabilitas.
This study aims to examine the effect of Profitability, Liquidity and Solvency on
Stock Returns on property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock
Exchange in the period 2016-2018.
The sampling method used was purposive sampling, with a total of 119 data
processing companies. The analytical tool used is multiple linier regression analysis.
The results of the study explained that Stock Return is not influenced by
Profitability and Liquidity, Stock Return is positively influenced by Solvency.}
