		abstract={Riset penelitian ini bertujuan buat memandang. pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin serta motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Dinas Pertanian dan Perkebunan Provinsi Jawa Tengah, riset ini memakai metode Simple random sampling. Populasi riset sebanyak 174 pegawai. serta ilustrasi yang digunakan sebanyak 65 bagaikan responden. Hasil riset. membuktikan bahwa 1) gaya kepemimpinan mempengaruhi negatif serta signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pertanian serta Perkebunan Provinsi Jawa Tengah. 2) disiplin mempengaruhi positif serta signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawi Dinas Pertanian dan Perkebunan Provinsi Jawa Tengah. 3) motivasi mempengaruhi positif serta signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pertanian dan Perkebunan Provinsi Jawa Tengah.
ABSTRACT
Research is aimed at making a look. Influence of leadership style, discipline, and motivation to employees ' performance in Central Java provincial Agriculture and Plantation Department, this research uses Simple random sampling method. Research population of 174 employees. and illustrations used as much as 65 as respondents. Research results. proves that 1) leadership style affects negative and significant to the performance of the employees of the agriculture service and Plantation provincial Central Java. 2) discipline affects positive and significant to the personnel performance of the provincial Department of Agriculture and Plantation of Central Java. 3) motivation to influence positive and significant to the performance of employees of the provincial and plantation department of Central Java.}
