BPOM sets the ADI aspartame dose in Indonesia to 50 mg/kgW. Excessive aspartame content can cause health problems. This study aims to determine whether there is aspartame content in bubble drink drinks in Surakarta. This type of research is experimental. The sample in this study used a sample of bubble drink in 5 districts of Surakarta, amounting to 25 samples. The sample reader uses the aspartame rapid test. The results about the study of 25 samples showed 18 out of 25 bubble drink samples positive containing artificial sweeteners of aspartame, while 7 out of 25 samples were negative} }
