In its launch year, it received a fairly low usage level despite its high awareness level. Technology Acceptance Model has been used oftenly to measure a feature’s acceptance level and shown accurate results. Three of TAM variable are perceived usefulness, attitude, and intention. All three variables are analyzed to measure GO-JEK’s Paylater acceptance level on its users. This research investigate in GO-JEK’s GOPAY users in Jabodetabek and Bandung region in Indonesia and used variables that can affect GO-JEK Paylater acceptance level, which is perceived usefulness and attitude as independent variables, and intention as dependent variable to discover and learn the factors. The aim of this research is to analyze the causal effect between perceived usefulness and attitude towards intention to adopt GO-JEK’ Paylater feature. Quantitative method was used to collect a total of 112 responses from users which then a total of 100 responses were further used after screening process. Hypotheses were tested by using partial least squares – structural equation model (PLS-SEM) software as a tool to analyze the data.
