		abstract={This research analyzes the impact of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) on market structure in Indonesian Basic Chemical industry between 2003-2012. This research use data from Indonesian Statistics (BPS). Using Random-Effect GLS this research found that FDI have positive impact on market concentration. This research also found that Market Growth, Export, Import, Vertical Integration and ROCE also have significant impact on market concentration. However, Economies of Scale shows no significant impact on market concentration.}
