		abstract={This research is entitled ?The Analysis of Feminism Values Shown by The Main Character In The Movie Hidden Figures Directed By Theodore Melfi?. Tong (2010) explains that feminism is based on the view that all women are not constructed equally. Depending on race and class, and also sexual preferences, age, religion, educational attainment, employment, and health condition. The researcher is interested in analyzing this type of movie because hidden figures shows that the represents a lot of feminism in the work, social, family, and partner environment in each scene. This study focuses on the feminism values and characteristics of Katherine as the main character. The object of this research is a movie by Theodore Melfi titled ?Hidden Figures?. The movie is analyzed using the theory by Rosemarie Tong (2009) to analyzed in this thesis. The writer used qualitative method. The writer finds feminism values in hidden figures movie, feminism values in radical feminism, the oppression of women is rooted in the ideology of patriarchy as the main value and authority that governs the relationship between men and women in general. Feminism values in multicultural feminism, focus on the causes and explanations of the position of women under men. The writer found the characteristics of Katherine. In conclusion, the writer conclude 2 types of feminism values and characteristics of Katherine as the main character, intelligent, hard work and brave.}
