		abstract={This  study  aimed  to  know  what  are  English  teachers?  challenges  in 
teaching during pandemic at SMP Negeri 11 Tanjungpinang. The subject in this 
research  is  the  English  teacher  consists  of  3  teachers.  This  study  Based  on 
Creswell (2007)  a research design in this research is descriptive qualitative with 
analysis  technique.  The  setting  of  place  in  this  research  is  at  SMP  Negeri  11 
Tanjungpinang.  The  instruments  in  collecting  the  data  are  interviews  and 
questionnaire.  Based  on  the  instrument,  the  researcher  assesses  teachers? 
challenges by ten statements.  The results shows  that the  English teachers? have 
several  challenges  in  teaching  during  pandemic  at  SMP  Negeri  11 
Tanjungpinang.}
