		abstract={This study discusses the evaluation of the impact of the construction of the Tanjungpinang zone 1A ring road reclamation project. The implementation of this ring road project reaps the pros and cons in the community from the resulting impact. Some parties benefit while others are disadvantaged. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the impacts resulting from the Tanjungpinang Zone 1A Ring Road Project. This study uses a qualitative method approach. Based on field research and the results of data processing, researchers show that (1) The effectiveness of this project development has not been fully effective because there are still pros and cons in the community due to the impact it causes. (2) The efficiency of this development also cannot be said to be efficient because the implementation of this development has not been in accordance with the applicable regulations. (3) The adequacy of this development cannot be said to be sufficient to answer the problems that exist in the community because some parties feel disadvantaged by this project. (4) This distribution cannot be said to be evenly distributed and provide justice due to the lack of attention from the government towards the affected community. (5) The responsiveness of the development of this project is still quite positive even though at the beginning of the implementation there were those who criticized this policy. (6) The accuracy of the construction of this project is quite appropriate in Tanjungpinang City because the arrangement of this coastal area is a new face for the Riau Islands Capital, especially with this project it can create green open spaces which are still very minimal. The researcher's suggestion is to improve careful planning and intensive supervision of all existing aspects}
