This study aims to develop Visual-based English media in the form of boxes on product label material in junior high school class IX and determine the feasibility of Picture Paper Box Media as a learning resource developed in terms of material, appearance, and operation based on expert judgment. The subject of this research was addressed to 9th-grade students of SMPN 1 Tanjungpinang. This research uses the research and development method. The development model in this study uses the 4D model learning media development method. But, in this development the researcher only uses 3D or this development until the design stage and the research instruments used are material expert validation and media expert validation. The feasibility obtained from the validation of material experts and media experts is the practical category used with a percentage of 94.4% material assessment and 86% media assessment with excellent criteria. So it can be concluded that the illustrated paper box media on SMP Class IX product label material is feasible to use as a learning process} }
