		abstract={Social protection policies in Karimun Regency require involvement between
stakeholders to ensure community welfare. This research aims to analyze the
implementation of Collaborative Governance in social protection policies in
Karimun Regency. The Collaborative Governance approach is an effective solution
in overcoming complex problems in social protection. Collaboration between
government, society and other related parties can create holistic and sustainable
solutions. The research involves local governments, NGOs, private companies, and
communities in identifying the roles of each stakeholder, evaluating collaborative
efforts, and providing recommendations to increase the effectiveness of social
protection policies. The research results show the success of the social protection
program in improving the welfare of the people of Karimun Regency with effective
collaboration between stakeholders. The implication of Collaborative Governance
theory (Ansel & Gash, 2008) is the importance of synergistic cooperation between
local governments, social institutions, the business world and the community for
the success of social protection policies. By applying this theory, it is hoped that
the social protection program in Karimun Regency can be more coordinated,
efficient and effective in providing protection to people in need. Involvement
between stakeholders in implementing social protection policies in Karimun
Regency is an important key to ensuring the success of the program. With
collaboration between government, NGOs, private companies and communities,
various interests and resources can be combined to create more holistic and
sustainable solutions in overcoming social problems faced by society. The results
of this research have important practical implications for local governments in
designing and implementing social protection policies. By understanding the role
of each stakeholder and their active involvement in the collaboration process, the
government can optimize social protection efforts by utilizing available resources
and capacity effectively. Apart from that, Collaborative Governance theory also
provides a deeper understanding of the importance of cooperation between various
parties in achieving common goals in the field of social protection.
