		abstract={The aim of this study is to analyzed the difficulties faced by 10 students from Class K1 and Class K2 of the 2020 batch of English Language Education Study Program at Universitas Maritim Raja Ali Haji who failed when taking the ETP which was held and developed by the UMRAH Language UPA in the listening session and the factors that caused these difficulties. This study used descriptive qualitative methods with questionnaire and interview instruments. The study has showed that students consider the listening session to be the most difficult session, because it is facilitated by the speed of the speaker, audio interruptions made the audio sound less/unclear when taking the English Test Program, and the lack of practice to improve their listening skills.}
