abstract={Based on internship program in PT. Mata Multi Media, it is found that the existing ordering system at PT. Mata Multi Media still classified to be a manual or written system. The flaw in the system are often the lost of a ordering transaction history, customer service process seems long and complex, periodic reports which is less detail, and frequent miscalculations. Therefore, the system being designed is a new system that would solve the problems of ordering at PT. Mata Multi Media.
Besides the ordering process, the system design is also included several other features including reports of inventories, payments, customers, employees, employees data processing, inventories data processing, selling goods data processing, and data searching of order, items, and selling goods.
With this ordering or administrating system at PT. Mata Multi Media, is expected to solve errors and data loss in the ordering process, as well as speed up and simplify the ordering process in PT. Mata Multi Media.}
