TheresultsmootedthatValueAddedCapitalEmployed(VACA),ValueAddedHumanCapital(VAHU)andStructuralCapitalValueAdded(STVA)significantlyaffecttheCommercialBank?sfinancialperformanceintheperiodof2009to2013thatislistedinIndonesiaStockExchange.However,whenmeasuredseparately,itisfoundthatonlyValueAddedCapitalEmployed(VACA)cannotaffectsignificantlytheBank?sfinancialperformanceinthesameperiod.
