		abstract={By  this  time, Intellectual capital(IC)has become important  in improving acompany's  value. This  is  because  the company realized that  the IC is a fundamental resource that can make a company  more competitive. The  purpose of this  study was  to analyze the effect of IC of a firm with different industries to company performance. IC a sexogenous latent variables or independent variables and financial  performance as  anendogenous latent variable or dependent variable. This   study used Pulic Framework (Value   Added Intellectual Coefficient-VAICTM) and data  from 49 service  and  manufacture  companies  which listed in the Indonesia  Stock  Exchange(IDX)in  2008 until  2010.This  study uses data  processing methods Partial  Least Square(PLS).Financial  performance used  in this  study is  the Return On Assets(ROA),Earning PerS hare (EPS)and Price-to-Book Value(PBV).The  results  ofthis  study  indicate that  the IC has  a significant  positive  effect towards  corporate  performance, whether the  performance  ofthe  present,and future performance.
