		abstract={Purwonegoro Village is a village located in Purwanegara District, Banjarnegara Regency. Purwonegoro village has five hamlets, namely Karangplak, Banyumudal, Purwanegara, Brubahan, and Bayalangu hamlets. The area according to use is 346.86 hectares with a population density of 2369.99 per KM covering 2515 households with a total population of 8220 people. Mr. Renda Sabitanoris as the Head of Purwonegoro Village said that Purwonegoro Village had enthusiasm in welcoming the implementation of Information Systems/Information Technology (IS/IT) to help serve the community through an interview session on July 1, 2021. The problem that arose in Purwonegoro Village was that the village had not have a plan in planning the implementation of IS/IT. This problem occurs because of limited human resources in the government ranks of Purwonegoro Village. The purpose of this research is to create a strategic planning document for information systems using the Ward Peppard methodology in accordance with the vision and mission of Purwonegoro village. This study uses a Mixed Method research method, which is a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. Mixed Method research method utilizes testing on the results of questions concerning the process and outcome of the research. The Ward Peppard methodology has analytical techniques that can help identify current conditions in the organizational sector and the IS/IT sector of the organization. Ward Peppard has measurement tools such as Porter Value Chain Diagram, PETS, SWOT Matrix, IFAS and EFAS, TOWS Matrix, Strategic Alignment Model, and MCFarlan Strategic Grid. The results of this study resulted in an information system strategic planning document identifying thirteen IS/IT application recommendations, IS/IT infrastructure and facility renewal proposals, and IS/IT management proposals.
