		abstract={Marine tourism in the island of Bali has a positive impact for local peoples who are formed into communities in coastal areas. One of the communities at Gilimanuk Bay is Jukung Tourism Community, they do not yet have a standard of managing levy fees for marine tourism activities which are carried out at Gilimanuk Bay. This research aims to find out the handling of a marine activity at Gilimanuk Bay, and the obstacles faced during the handling. The results show that the handling of dory tour marine tourism consists of three stages and the obstacles comes from internal and external factors.}
