		abstract={This Final Report is focusing on the procedure of induction for trainee. The purpose of this study is to learn about the procedure of induction for trainee prepared by Learning & Development at Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort and also the problems and its solutions from the induction at Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort. Used method for this observation is qualitative descriptive method by explaining the procedure of induction, the problems and its solutions of induction. The used method in data collecting for this case study is observation, interview, documentation, and literature review. This study conclude the procedure of induction is well-arranged and the problems could solved well.}
