		abstract={The development of the Indonesian industrial world in the construction sector is currently growing rapidly. This affects the competition among scaffolding rental companies. However, until now there are still many construction projects that use bamboo scaffolding with various considerations to switch to using scaffolding. The purpose of this research is to compare the cost and time of using scaffolding and bamboo scaffolding on concrete slab and beam structures. This research was conducted at the Secana Beachtown Apartment Development Project located at Jalan Pemelisan Agung, Tibubeneng Village, North Kuta District, Badung, Bali by conducting field observations to obtain the necessary data. The results obtained from research on the Secana Beachtown Apartment Development Project with an area of 1745.82 m2 for the first floor and 1068.110 m2 for the mezzanine floor on the first floor, namely the total cost required for scaffolding is IDR 130,294,000, while for bamboo scaffolding it only required costs IDR 110,512,280 for bamboo scaffolding. The time for the installation and dismantling of scaffolding is only 34 days, while the duration of bamboo scaffolding is 46 days.}
