The sampling method uses the Nonprobability Sampling technique with a purposive sampling technique of 149 respondents. The strategy used in this study is a quantitative strategy measured by calculating the correlation coefficient (partial) and the data analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis through SmartPLS 3.0 software which includes outer model tests, inner models, and hypothesis tests.
Based on the results of the analysis calculations, the conclusion is: partially self-concept has no effect on career maturity. Partially, the locus of control has no effect on career maturity. Partially, family support has a positive effect on career maturity.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh konsep diri, lokus pengendalian, dan dukungan keluarga terhadap kematangan karir mahasiswa tingkat akhir (studi kasus pada mahasiswa jurusan manajemen STEI Jakarta). Metoda yang digunakan adalah metoda pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diukur skala likert.
Metoda pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Nonprobability Sampling dengan teknik sampling purposive sebanyak 149 responden. Strategi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah strategi kuantitatif yang diukur dengan perhitungan koefisien korelasi (parsial) serta analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial dengan menggunakan analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) melalui software SmartPLS 3.0 yang meliputi uji outer model, inner model, dan uji hipotesis.
Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis, kesimpulannya adalah : secara parsial konsep diri tidak berpengaruh terhadap kematangan karir. Secara parsial lokus pengendalian tidak berpengaruh terhadap kematangan karir. Secara parsial dukungan keluarga berpengaruh positif terhadap kematangan karir.}
