abstract={Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui apakah Corporate Social Responsibility berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sektor batubara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan mengetahui apakah profitabilitas dapat memperkuat pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sektor pertambangan batubara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia
Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini ialah data laporan tahunan dan laporan keuangan pada laporan keuangan pada perusahaan sektor pertambangan batubara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2017-2018. Analisa menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) yang dibantu dengan software WarpPLS. Partial Least Square (PLS)
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Corporate Social Responsibility tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dan Profitabilitas sebagai variabel moderasi memoderasi (memperkuat) pengaruh CSR dengan nilai perusahaan.
