abstract={Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kemampuan individu terhadap kinerja karyawan distributor beras di UD, Putra Dwi Jaya, UD.Bintang Jaya dan UD.Sumber Jaya penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif menggunakan model regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS 25. Sampel penelitin menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan 40 responden.
Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunujukan bawah variabel kemampuan individu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja distributor beras berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja.
