abstract={Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan penyebaran angket atau kuesioner pada sampel sebanyak 30 orang Karyawan pada AFCO Fresh Mojokrapak Jombang. Metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan hasil yaitu gaya kepemimpinan memberikan pengaruh terhadap tingkat turnover intention.
