		abstract={Museum Kepresidenan RI Balai Kirti relies on virtual tour as an alternative 
destination for tourists. Understanding that there are some values for tourists while 
accessing virtual tour museum to increase its reputation, attractiveness, and 
Moreover, can increase its excellency among related institutions. Pine and Gilmore 
(1998) four realms of experience? educational, entertainment, escapist, and 
esthetic ? used to find out the value of experience that gained by tourists after 
accessing virtual tour of Museum Kepresidenan RI Balai Kirti. The research was 
using descriptive method with quantitative approach. The researcher was using 
non-probability sampling technique ? quota sampling ? as a tool to collect the data. 
The sampling that were used is two hundred respondents of Y Generation ? 20-40 
years old ? and those who accessed Museum Kepresidenan RI Balai Kirti virtual 
tour from June until July 2020. In conclusion, the research shows that by accessing 
Museum Kepresidenan RI Balai Kirti virtual tour already gives tourists all 
indicator in educational, entertainment, escapist and esthetic experience although 
it needs some improvements. Furthermore, the researcher recommends that by 
enhancing some features ? virtual tour guide character, collection description, 
games, virtual photos, tourist virtual character, maps, added more collections, and 
some signpost? can be considered for improving the virtual tour at Museum 
Kepresidenan RI Balai Kirti.
