		abstract={This research aims to find out how the influence of regional spending (direct and indirect spending) on Riau Province. The data analysis uses the Multiple Linear Regression model, the data used are secondary data from 2007 to 2019 which were taken from the Ministry of Finance, Directorate General of Fiscal Balance, Riau Province. The results of the study show that Indirect Expenditures have a positive effect on Local Own Revenue in Riau Province in 2007-2019, while Direct Expenditures have a negative and significant effect on Local Own Income in Riau Province in 2007-2019.}
