		abstract={In carrying out monitoring of scholarships for all faculties at the Islamic University of Riau (UIR), the Administrative and Academic Affairs Bureau (BAAK) previously did not have a system for opening administrative applications for scholarship receipts. Submission of scholarship files by students is given to BAAK in hardcopy and the file verification process takes approximately 3 weeks. With the creation of a web-based Riau Islamic University Scholarship Monitoring System, it is hoped that it will be able to help admins, students, reviewers and study programs in the process of file selection and scholarship acceptance, submitting scholarship file administration, conducting scholarship interview assessments, viewing scholarship selection status reports and interview scores. Based on the results of testing to users using a respondent questionnaire The Computer System Usability Questionnaire (CSUQ) which was answered by 23 respondents with 19 question items, it can be concluded that the usability of the system with an average of 5.75, the quality of information on the system with an average of 5.72, quality interface on the system with an average of 5.41 and overall usability on the system with an average of 5.68}
