		abstract={The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the business development of Phi-Phi Thai Tea in terms of financial aspects. The Population used in this study is the entire business data of Phi-Phi Thai Tea Pekanbaru. In this study using data collection techniques in the for of observation, interviews, amd literature study. The data analysis used is descriptive and also quantitative in the form of Cash Flow, Net Present Value (NPV), Payback Period (PP), IRR, Profitability Index (PI), Investible Surplu Methode (ISM), Gold Value Methode (GVM), Gold Index Methode (GI). Based on the results of the analysis carried out from all financial aspects, it is stated that the Phi-Phi Thai Tea business is feasible to be developed.}
