		abstract={The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work stress and work conflict on the performance of employees  of PT Bina Pitri Jaya. Sampling used a  probability sampling technique with the cencus method, so that the sample of this research is all  production data of PT Bina Pitri Jaya. The data of this research were obtained from  questionnaires (primary), literature study and direct interviews with related parties according to the research objectives. The analysis technique uses instrument test, multiple linear regresion, correlation test, determination test and t test (partial). The result of the research shows that the partical and simultaneous positive effect on the performance of the employees of PT ina Pitri Jaya.}
